Dungeons and Dragons Comes to Bighorn
This Sunday we’re trying something new in the lounge.
On March 8, we’re hosting a Dungeons & Dragons adventure night led by Bighorn regular Benjamin Love aka BLove Shenanigans.
If you’ve heard of Dungeons & Dragons but never really knew what it was, it’s a collaborative storytelling game where players create characters and explore a fantasy world together. One person acts as the guide (called the Dungeon Master) who describes the setting and challenges, while players decide what their characters do. Dice are rolled to see how those decisions play out, often leading to surprising and hilarious moments.
No experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome.
We’ll start at 3 PM with character creation, where Benjamin will help everyone build a character and explain how the game works. At 4 PM the adventure begins.
The campaign, called Grave Tidings, is designed so players can join when their schedule allows. Characters start at level 1 and grow stronger over time, and the choices players make can permanently affect the world of the campaign.
Game details for players:
The campaign uses the 2014 5th Edition ruleset with some homebrew variations and follows a West Marches style format, allowing players to drop in for adventures as their schedules allow.
Character sheets will be provided, along with dice and rolling trays, though you’re welcome to bring your own.
Everyone who participates in the game will receive 25% off one item during the event.
The game will take place in the indoor lounge space at Bighorn. This event is 21+.
Grab a seat, roll some dice, and see where the story takes you.

How did it go? Will you be doing it again?
That could turn out to be Great. Good Luck
